DRAINAGE EASEMENT

as the Grantor(s), and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450, as. the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor(Y), in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement
and right of way for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and Hain- -
taining outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the following
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
