Mortgagor that upon said property being sold, assigned or transferred prior to the
repayment of the loan on said property in full; the Mortgagee and/or the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida, shall be entitled to class a lien against the property herein
mortgaged for any amount of interest, costs or expenses paid by the City of Fort
Pierce for the benefit of the property herein involved; that any prepayment of the
mortgage herein involved shall likewise entitle the Mortgagee and/or the City of
Fort Pierce for the reimbursement of any such interest and/or costs advances as afo e-
said.
The Mortgagee with the execution hereof covenants and agrees that upon default
and payment by the City of Fort Pierce of the amount of principal and interest
then due and owing after a default that the Mortgagee will assign the herein
involved note and mortgage without recourse to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
