TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court without notice on the
Petition of~the Husband for a Temporary Restraining Order and the Court
having heard the testimony on the Husband and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife, ROXIE LUCILLB ZANIER, be
restrained from coming about, molesting, harming of harassing the Husband
and be further restrained from removing the minor child of the parties,
IARRIE BETH ZANIER, from the jurisdiction of this Court. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular Sheriffs of the State of
Florida be ordered to render such assistance as is necessary to the
Husband to carry out the terms and provisions of this Order without further
Order of this Court.
