This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the natural father, HERBERT THOMAS
FRARE, JR., the natural mother, SHARON ELIZABETH BREWER, and the
minor herein, KIMBERLY ANN FRARE, all having given written consent
to the adoption of KIMBERLY ANN FRARE, by the Petitioner herein, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the
best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption and
that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner, FREDERICK

EDMUND BREWER, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,

it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as KIMBERLY ANN FRARE
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, FREDERICK EDMUND
~ BREWER, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations of a child born to Petitioner, FREDERICK EDMUND BREWER,
in lawful wedlock.
