FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION ~
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for ~

Adoption filed in this cause and with the written consent of
the natural mother, JO ANN MILTON, and the Court noting that
the written consent of the natural father is excused in that
the father has abandoned the child since birth and has pro-
vided no support for the minor child and the Court noting that
the natural father has been given notice of this action by
publication, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
f
- is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to
be adopted and that the best interests of the child will be
promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for
i
adoption by the Petitioner, LESLIE DEAN MILTON, and the Court
.being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as

~ DAWN RENEA HALEK, is declared to be the legal child of the {
Petitioner, LESLIE DEAN MILTON, and is given the name of DAWN

RENEA MILTON by which she shall hereafter be known, and it is
further
ORDERED. AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child
and legal heir of the Petitioner, LESLIE DEAN MILTON, entitled {

E to all the rights and privileges, and subject to alI obligations
of a child born to Petitioner, LESLIE DEAN MILTON, in legal wed-
lock. ~
