of AMERICAN STATES INSURANCE COMPANY, by and through their

the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, file this Notice
of Voluntary Dismissal and states that:
The Plaintiff, SHERRY PERRIN McGAHEE f/u/b/o AMERICAN
