ORDER AND DEFAULT JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions, and upon the Court finding that the Defendant has failed to comply with the Court's Order of May 25, 1979, relative to production. of documents, and upon the argument of counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: j 1. That the Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions is granted; i 2. That the Answer filed by the Defendant is-striken; I 3. That the Court enters a Default Judgment against the Defendant as to liability; 4.
