This Mortgage is given as security for the payment of the loan above described and all renevvsls, future loans, end advances made

disbursements made for the payment of taxes, assessments, levies, or insurance on the property rnwred by tM lien, with interest on such

1. To make all payments required by the described Note and any renewals, future loans, or notes secured by this Mortgage, when
due.

4. If any payment provided for in a note secured by this Mortgage is not paid when such payment becomes due, or if any agreement in this
