THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the petition of the DEPAR1ZtENT e
OF HEALTH AID REIIABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an assignment of rights to
child support signed by the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all pr+rties having rec•cived proper notice, it is
ORDEREll AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Child Support shall be and
it is hereby granted; it is further
