proper and timely notice; the Court having heard testisony and/or considered tha
pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein, and being otherviaa
fully and yell advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)

is/art declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
