KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, 'that the undersigned Mortgagor
hereby corrects that certain mortgage, recorded in O.R. Book 303,
at Pages 183 and 184 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, said Mortgage being dated February 6, 1979 and filed
February 9, 1979, as amended by that certain instrument entitled ,
Corrective Mortgage dated February 20th, 1979 and recorded in
O.R. Book 303, at Page 1846 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in the original principal amount of $175,000.00
and being Loan #22029795, which mortgage description is corrected
to read as follows:
Commencing at the N.W. corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of Section 15,Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run Easterly
along the 1/t~ion Line 691.85 feet to a point of beginning.
