18 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Oounty, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said recorded plat recites that certain easanents are reserved
for the installation and maintenance of Public Utiltities and Drainage Facilities;
and -
WHEREAS, C~4:RAL intended but failed by reason of oversight to provide
certain additional easettents on certain lots and tracts; and

according to the plat of "FIRST REPEAT PORT ST. IIJCIE SDC.TICN FORTY ZS~A" , as
recorded in Plat Book 18 at Pages 18 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Oounty,
Florida.
N(X'I, FORE, C~lERAL does hereby reserve for Public Utilities those
certain easanents, to-wit:
