PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED ~ ~

THIS INDENTURE, executed this 8th day of June ,
1979, by and between MILDRED Z. STECKERT, as personal representative
of the Estate of Minnie Smith Zurn, as party of the first part,
and MILDRED Z. STECKERT, individually, as party of the second
part; whose mailing address is 3907 Southwest 4th Place, Gainesville,
Florida 32601:
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to Court Order and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten and No/100ths
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in
hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise and
release, convey and confirm to the party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida:

Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest ,
One-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest One-Quarter
(NW 1/4) of Section 20, AND the South Ten feet
(S 10') of the Northwest One-Quarter (NW 1/4) of
the Northwest One-Quarter (NW 1/4), LESS the East
Twenty-Five feet, Section 20, Township 36 South,

together with all and singular the tenements, heriditiments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise .appertaining to that real ~
property. The grantor also assigns, transfers and sets over to
the grantee all other intangible property and shows as an action

deceased.

with the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about the same and this

conveyance, the Orders of the Court of jurisdiction and the laws
of the~State of Florida have been followed and complied with in
all respects.
