That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to it
in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and
sold to Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, the
following described land located in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to wit:
