beginning of the within described premises, and containing
fifteen one-hundredths (15/100) of an acre, more or less,
and is to be known as Parcel "C" with all bearings taken
from the magnetic meridian used in the original survey
of the Dobyn's Estate No. 2, as surveyed by G. C. Kinley,
Professional Surveyor.
The above-described premises are sold and conveyed subject
to covenants, agreements and restrictions as set forth in
former deeds.
Being the same premises conveyed by,Chloa M. Galloway
to Tressie Pickett and Effie Mae Taylor by Warranty Deed
dated July 12, 1952 being Instrument No. 14303 as
recorded in Vol. 206, Page 323 of the Deed Records of
Lawrence County, Ohio.

The following described Real Estate, situate in the Town-
s ship of Rome, County of Lawrence, and State of Ohio:
Being the southwest part of Tract 49 and the northwest
~ part of Tract 43 of Block "A" of Dobyn's Estate No. 2
in Lot No. 737 of the Ohio Company s Purchase in Section
33, Township 1, Range 15 as the same is shown and desig-
nated on she recorded Plat thereof in Plat Book No. 3,
Page 26 of the Lawrence County, Ohio Record of Plats,
one-half (1/2) interest in the said Tracts 49 and 43
having been conveyed by William & Myrtle Murdock to Chloa
M. Galloway by deed dated March 21, 1934, Vol. 143,
P. 92, the other one-half (1/2) interest having been
conveyed from Thomas H. Galloway Decd to Chloa M. Gallo-
way by Certificate of transfer on March 19, 1945, Vol.
174, P. 14; and being more particularly bounded and de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at a stake in the east
' line of Elm Street and N. 5° 32' E. 233.75 feet from the
• southwest corner of Tract 43 of Block "A" of Dobyn's
Estate No. 2, the said stake being in the west line of
