west line of Tract 49 & in the east line of Elm Street;
Thence S. 5° 32' W. 50 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing fifteen one hundredths (0.15) of an acre,
more or less, of which 0.13 of an acre lies in Tract 49
and 0.02 of an acre lies in Tract 43 with all bearings
taken from the magnetic meridian used in the original
survey of Dobyn'~s Estate No. 2, as surveyed by G. C.
Kinley, Prof. Sur.
The above described premises are hereby conveyed subject
to any and all reservations and restrictions in prior
deeds involving the conveyance of these premises or any
rights therein.
Being the same premises conveyed by Chloa M. Galloway
to Tressie Pickett by Warranty Deed dated December 13th,
I 1952, being Instrument No. 164, as recorded in Vol. 209,
Page 339 of the Deed Records of Lawrence County, Ohio.
Being carried on the 1968 Auditor's Duplicate as follows:

The following described Real Estate situate in the Town-
ship of Rome, County of Lawrence, and State of Ohio.
Being a west middle part of Tract No. 43 of Block "A"
as the same is shown and designated on the plat of
Dobyn's Estate #2, in lot No. 737 of the Ohio Company's
Purchase in Section 33, township 1, range 15, Rome
Township, Lawrence County, Ohio, recorded in Plat Book
~ ~3 page 26 of the Lawrence County, Ohio Record of Plats;
being a part of said Tract #43 conveyed by William and
Myrtle Murdock to Thomas H. and Chloa M. Galloway by
~ deed dated March 21, 1934, as recorded in deed 143,
page 92-(the undivided one-half interest of the said
Thomas H. Galloway having been conveyed to the said
Chloe M. Galloway by deed dated March 19, 1945 as recorded
in Deed Book 174 page 14) and being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron post in the east line of Elm
Street at the west corner com®on to Tract X43 of Lot
No. 1 of Block "A" of Dobyn's Estate No. 2; Thence N.
5 deg. 32' E. 133.75 feet to a stake in the east line
of Elm Street; the beginning point of the within-
described premises. Thence S. 84 deg. 28' E. 130 feet
to a stake in Tract No. 43; Thence N. 5 deg. 32' E. r
50 feet to a stake in Tract No. 43; Thence N. 84 deg.
