Said parties of the first part do hereby covenant that,
subject to covenants, restrictions and easements contained in
instruments of record, they will WARRANT GENERALLY the title to
the property hereby conveyed.
Grantors herein do hereby declare that the transfer
involved in this document is not subject to the State Excise
Tax upon the privilege of transferring real estate foi the reason
that it is' a convegance to straw party for reconveyance.
