EXHIBIT "A"
START at the Southeast corner of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, run
Westerly along the South line of said Section 4, a distance of 1402 feet to the
Westerly right-of-way of Citrus Avenue, this being the Point of Beginning: Thence
run Northerly along said right-of-way a distance of 136.92 feet to the South line of
the North 168.68 feet of Outlot 10, WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; thence by angle of 90°02'00" to the
left, run along said South line a distance of 630 feet; thence by angle to the
left of 89°58'00" run a distance of 172.86 feet; thence by angle to the left of
89°58'00" run 668 feet more or less to the Westerly right-of-way of Citrus
Avenue; thence run Northerly a distance of 36 feet, more or less, to the inter-
; section of said right-of-way with the South line of Section 4, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East; thence. run Westerly along said South line to the Point of Beginning.
