ORDER OF WITHDRAWAL
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 11th day of
June, 1979, upon the Motion for Withdrawal of J. MICHAEL
BRENNAN of the law firm of BRENNAN and MUSCHOTT, as attorney
for the Wife, and the Court having been fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon '

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that J. MICHAEL BRENNAN of the l
law firm of BRENNAN and MUSCHOTT is released as attorney of
record for ERMA JEAN GREEN SINGLEY, Wife, in the above
entitled cause, and said Order shall be effective upon
completion of the following:

(a) Attorney of~ record forwarding to the Wife,
~ ERMA JEAN GREEN SINGLEY, a Consent to Withdraw; F

(b) Return of the Consent to Withdraw executed
~ by the Wife; or
(c) Return of the Consent to Withdraw unexecuted
based on the fact that the Wife did not receive
the correspondence; or '
(d) Ten (10) days after the-Wife has received
the Consent to Withdraw but not returned Consent;
and after such time counsel of record shall file an Affidavit
or other appropriate papers to show that a Consent to Withdraw
has been forwarded to the Wife, ERMA JEAN GREEN SINGLEY.
