THIS CAUSE having come on by stipulation of the parties and
the Court being advised in the premises, it is, t
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay as temporary
support to the Petitioner for the benefit of THOMAS LANE ROGERS, born
February 16, 1965, and TRAVIS GENE ROGERS, born December 14, 1972, minor
children, the sum of $25.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for pay-
ment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These
payments are to begin on the 18th day of June, 1979, and thereafter on
Monday of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in cash,
by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit }
Court of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the
said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Clerk of Circuit Court,

Warrick County, Boonville, Indiana. Cause No. C-79-189.
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be continued
until July 17, 1979, at 3:00 P. M.
