Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. {

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
