ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
AMY PHILLIPS, born 9/23/66; KENNETH PHILLIPS, born 7/31/68;
and BETTY PHILLIPS, born 2/24/70
minor children, the sum of S ~n _ no per week plus and additional~~9[ic $2.00
for. payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
15th day of June 192_, and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
-or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for trans-
€ mittal to the State of Michigan as long as the case is certified as nt
( Title IV-D case. a er
of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D
cam,.-he will then forward all support to: Genesee County Friend of
the Court, 1101 Beach Street, Flint, Michigan 48502.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
