This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
~us~~~_EDDiNGS~. born 9/~A~62; TAMMY EDDINGS, born 9/26/63;
and BART L EDDINGS, II, born 3/11/71,
minor children, the sum of $ 50.00 per week plus and additional ~i~c $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. `
These payments are to begin on the _
15th day of June 19 79 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement .

e mittal to the State of New Jersey as long as the case is certified as
a Title IV-D case. If the C er receives no i ica ion y tment
