THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 12th day of
June ,19 79 , on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and ~
Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised

in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that GARY MOORS had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to -pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
GARY MOORS is hereby sentenced to servethirty days (30 )

in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the L~_th
day of uqust _ ,191, or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 725.00 (arrears)
due as of the ~_day of June ,19 79, to the Clerk of the -
Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore,
ALL AND SINGULA.*t OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said GARY MOORS on the said date and deliver him to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above de-
" scribed judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this ~
Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
