ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE-AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 12th day of
June, 1979, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent having
been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is,
ADJUDGED that ROBERT L. JOHNSON had the financial ability to
pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt ROBERT L.
JOHNSON is hereby sentenced to serve thirty days in the St. Lucie County

i Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the 12th day of October, 1979,
or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER,.he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $2,142.00 (arrears)
~ due as of the 11th day of June, 1979, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of this County, together with costs of his arrest. You 'and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore,
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into
custody the said ROBERT L. JOHNSON on the said date and deliver him to
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above

described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and
this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of this
Court dated April 26, 1978, shall be amended in that Respondent pay to

3 the Petitioner for the benefit of SHERRY JOHNSON, born 7/11/64, MICHAEL
JOHNSON, born 7/30/63; and ROBERT JOHNSON, born 12/11/65, minor children,
