ORDER ON RULE TO SHOt~i CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on~the 12th day of
June ,19 79 , on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and
Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that JAMES ARTIiUR O'BRYAN had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is atitached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED A'~]D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
JAMES ARTHUR O'BRYAN is hereby sentenced to serve thirt ays (30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the 13th
day of must ,19 79 or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
~ incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $240.00 (arrears)
due as of the 15th day of MAY. ,19 79 to the Clerk of the-

Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore,
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said JAMES ARTHUR O'BRYAN on the said date and deliver Kira to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above de-
scribed 'ud _ent and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this
