THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on .the 12th day of

June ,19 79 , on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and
Respondent having been present in Court and the Co~irt being fully advised
in the premises, it is, ~
ADJUDGED that JAMES MARBREY had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-'~
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
JAMES MARBREY is hereby sentenced to serve thirtlflays (30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the 13t

day of August .19 79 , or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
s PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $)..400.00 (arrears)

Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest. You and
