ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the -12thday of
June ,19 79 , on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and •
Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that HENRY HENTON had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
iul contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
HENRY HENTON is hereby sentenced to serve thirt aYs ( 30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the~_
day of Au ust ,19~_, or as soon thereafter as he may be found.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $1,212.50 (arrears}
due as of the gth day of June ,19 79 to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest. You and
jour duly authorized deputies are therefore,
