T11IS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and beans fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that DAVID R. COLLINS the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED Al1D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced t~~ serve 30 days in the S[. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
corm~nencing on v ~-3 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
~ PROVIDID, NOWEVF.R, he may- purge himself (either before or after

incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of S 7 VO ~D ~ , plus $2.00 s
~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk ~f Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
~ authurized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said DAVID R. COLLINS on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is f~~rther
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward all/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litativa; Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
