THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforceu~ent previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having '
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
tl~e parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that EUGENE COLLIER , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and .is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED Ah'D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby 1
j sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Ja11, Fort Pierce, Florida,
com.~nencing on V_ `~~Iy ~3 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found. ~
