THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
Motion and affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
ttie Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and tl~e Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that LEE ANDREW HALL , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he 1s hereby }
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,

cor:mencing on ~t/~ y l~r, 1979, or .as soon thereafter as he can be found.
f PROVIDID, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of O. Od plus $2.00
r statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costa of this arrest. You and your duly
~ authorized deputies are therefore
~ ORDERED TO arrest the said LEE A:ZDREW HALL on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
~ of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward all/said arrearage pa}noent(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litative Services, Chi~d,Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,

Tallahassee, Florida, 32504. i
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 13th day of
