Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by tF?e Petitioner, a~~d
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court iq person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appearFd in person in open Court and not having
bren represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of tt?e testimony of
tiie parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that JEFFREY LEE GHENT the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay tl?e sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED At,ID ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jails-Fort Pierce, Florida, -
~I corunencing on ~ ~ /3 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found. -

PROVIDED, HONEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
1 incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ ~b~- O O, plus $2.00
stat~~tory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
