THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court. in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that LEE FRANK ADAMS , the Respondent, had the
flnanciai ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is nov adjudged guilty
of ~aillfi~l contempt of this Court for leis willful failure to pay support payments
-as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED At7D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
li sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie-County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,

9 PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ / ~ ~ v, plus ;2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
sutht~rized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said LEE FRANK ADAMS on paid
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver hLa to the Sheiiff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execstion of the above described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
orJered to forward all/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
U tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. rl
