1'tilS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tt~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and tt~e Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not tuving
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testiawny of
tt~e parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that JOHN ALLEN COE , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums t~creinafter referred to and is now adfudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay au~port payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
~ORDERED.A;:D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, rlorida,

carunencirg on _ v USA, 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can to found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

s incarceration) and he released by paying the sum of $ Z 8'6.0 , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said JOHN~LLEN COE _ on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St: Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence.. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby }
ordered to forward ali/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent ,
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litativi; Services, Child SupporE Enforcement Section, 1317 Wine rood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32104.
