Tt1IS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
notion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and .
tt?e Petitioner being present in open Court in person-and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the teatinany of
tl~e parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums liereina ter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for ilia willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED Ai7D ADJUDGID that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County.Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commr.ncing on ~ ~ ~ , 1919, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

s incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ J Z-~~/ , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk ~f Circuit
} Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said JOHNNY COLLINS . JR. oa said

St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment sad
