T11IS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE 1979, upon the
t~iotion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tt?e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testisony of
the parties and being fully .advised in the premises, it is therefore

ADJUDGED that WILBERT BOATWRIGHT, JR, ,the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is nov adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments f
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is

ORDERED A?JD ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on vs 3 , 1979, or ag soon thereafter as he can be found.
