9'tilS CAUSE vas heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by tt~e Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, .
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
Ueen represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
tl~e parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that DARRELL EUGENE PARKER, SR. the Respondent, had the
financial ability to p.~y tine sums licreinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AhTD ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
se~itenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
corunencing on ? 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

PROVIDED, HOWEV1sR, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ ~ ~ S. v plus $2.00
~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk ~f Circuit
s Court of this County, together with costa of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore

St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and

ordered to forward a]]./said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
~ until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litatly~ Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1311 Winetaood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 13th day of
