THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE . 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously-filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tt,e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent .having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
ttie parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that THELMA LUCILLE GREEN the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay tt>te sums hereinafter referred to anti is nos adjudged guilty
of willful contet7pt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED At7D ADJUDGED that as punistxnent for conteapt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
cottunencing on ~ ~f ~ ~ , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found .

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (eitther before or after

incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ ~ plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said T MA LUC LLE GREEN _ on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
~ sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly motif ied
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward all/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until [he above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winet~ood Eoulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32504.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 13th day of
