THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
Ntotion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
.and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having -
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testi,ony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore s
_ ADJUDGID that KENNY RICARDO GOYENS ,the Respondent, had the
financial-ability to pay tt?e sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support pay®ents
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 dams in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
corti~~encing on ~ v , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ BOO. O U, plus $2.00
~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit

St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and

ordered to forward all/said arrearage.payment(s) received from the Respondent
until tt~e above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Hsalth and Rehabi- s
litativ~ Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
