THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE 1979,-upon the Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and tl~e Petitioner being present in.open Court in person and represented by counsel, and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore _ - ADJUDGED that ROSS CLAYTON , the Respondent, had the financial ability to pay t1~e sums hereinafter referred to and is noW adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for leis willful failure to pay support payments - as directed by order duly entered herein. It is ORDERED A~+D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby sentenced to serTve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, - j cotamencing on v V 3 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found. PROVIDED, HOIJEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after a in.~a~-ceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ ©2~,vo , plus ;2.00 ~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit ~ Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly authorized deputies are therefore ROSS CLAYTON ~ ORDERED TO arrest the said on said dace or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sontence.
