THIS GAUSE was heard on the ~ 3 th day of JUNE 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and tT~e Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it ie therefore
ADJUDGED that SAMUEL DAVID NEWTON the Reapondent, had the
financial ability to pay tT~e sums hereinafter referred to and is nov ad)udged guilty
of willful contempt of tT~is Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AT7D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to seArve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
cotnusencing on !lv / 3 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

in~:arceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 2 5
0-(>y, plus $2.00
~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said SJ1i+~SiTEd-LIAVID iAEWTnN on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver hio to the Sherifi~ of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
~ of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court stall and he is hereby
ordered to forward all/sa:d arrearage payment(s) received from the Reapondent
~ until ttee above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litativ~ Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 13th da; of
