THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the `
Motion and Affidavit for Enforceme~?t previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and }
tics Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testi~wny of
tine parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that JOSEPH KILLCREAK the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay tl?e sums hereinafter referred to and is aov adjudged guilty
of Willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED At7D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sec?tenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
cor.~mencing on ~ , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence. Ttie Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified

ordered to forward all/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
