Tl1IS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE 2979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by tl~e Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
anal the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
tl~e parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJ[IDGID that ~ DAVID MOODY , the Respondent, had tl~a
financial ability to pay tl~e sums hereinafter referred to and is noW adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It~is
ORDERED AT'ID ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Fierce, Florida,
commencing on ~ ~ 3 , 19?9, or as Roon thereafter as he car be found.
