THIS CAUSE was heard on the ~3 th day of JUNE , 1979. upon the
notion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
an:! tt~e Respondent _ having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testiMOny of
file parties and beit~ fully advised in-the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that ~iATHANTFT:_ARMS~ONG , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sumo; hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for leis willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AtiD ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
s~~nt~nceci to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on v , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can to found.
PROVIDED, k01db'VER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and lie released by paying the sum of $ SAO S .c~~; , plus $2.00
a statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk ~f Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED '1'0 arrest- tl~e said NATHANIEL ARMSTRONG on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
~ sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court. and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward all/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
ti litativ~ Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 iv'inevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 13th day of
