THIS CAUSE taas heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 1979, upon the
I~iotion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open-Court in person and represented by counsel,
and tt~e Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been~r~esented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED that GEORGE EDWARD ARMSTRONG ,the Respondent, had the
fii:ancial ability to p.~y tl~c sums l~crPinafter referred to -and is, now adjudged guilty
.of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED A?~D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
j sentenced t~ serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
~ conmencing on vs~ 1.3 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
y incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of O.o c~ plus $2.00
~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costa of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
~ ORDERED TO srreat the said GEORGE EDWARD ARMSTRONG on said
date or as soon thereafter as he cai~ be found and deliver hia to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered. to forward all/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabl.-
