THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of t
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ~
_ ADJUDGED that DAVID BRIGGS , the Respondent, had the
flnancial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments ~
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,

commencing on ~1 ~/f ~ , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

PROVIDID, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after i
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ b OC).~c1, plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costa) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costa of this arrest. You and your duty
I authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said DAVID BRIGGS on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment snd
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward alt/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Behabi-
litative Services, Child-Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 3230k.
