T1iIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE , 19)9, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tl~e Petitioner being present in open Court in persbrl and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
hen represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
tl~e parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that DOCK EDWARD,~,Z~_ the Respondent, had the ~
financial :.bility to pay tt?e sums hereinafter referred to and is nov adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED At~D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
5c~ntonced to serve 30 darts in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, s

carunencing on~V /1~ 13 , or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

statutory fee (arrears and coats) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
E Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore

date or as soon thereafter as he can be found anJ deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentt•nce. The Clerk of Circuit Cour[ and this Court shall be promptly notified
