T}iIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of JUNE 1979, upon the
Mation and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGID that ROGER LEE POTTER the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay tl~e sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Courrt for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein.- It is
ORDERED A'JD ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Ja11, Fort Pierce, Florida,
~ commencing on 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of ~1.(~ y . plus $2.00
~ ~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date io the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costa of this arrest. You and youz duly

ORDERED TO arrest the said ROGF$ LEE POTTER on`said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. ;.:,cis County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promFtly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward all/said arrearage paywaent(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage 1s paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litativ>a Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Wine~+ood boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 13th day of
