This cause having come on this day for hearing on Plaintiff's
motion for summary final judgment of foreclosure on plaintiff's
complaint and the evidence offered in support of such complaint,
and the Court having noted that personal service of process was
obtained upon the defendants Evans Edward Carthon, Small Business
Administration, an agency of the United States of America, Rev.
James Brown, and C. L. Norwell, the duly elected Sheriff of St.
Lucie County, Florida; that answers have been filed on behalf of }
the defendants Small Business Administration, Rev. James Brown,
and C. L. Norwell; that a default has been .legally entered
~ against the defendant Evans Edward Carthon, for his failure to

serve any papers on the plaintiff or to file any papers as required
by law, and the Court beging fully advised in the premises, it is,
k upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon the
defendants Evans Edward Carthon, Small Business Administration, an
agency of the United States of America, Rev. James Brown, and C. L.
Norwell, the duly elected Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida; that
the default previously entered in this cause against the defendant
Evans Edward Carthon is hereby ratified and confirmed; that this
Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the
