NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a summary final judgment
of foreclosure dated June 13, 1979, entered by the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in an action the docket number of which
is.78-523 CA, wherein Valerie V. Harris is Plaintiff and Evans Edward
Carthon, Small Business Administration, an Agency of the United
States of America, Rev. James Brown and C. L. Norwell, the duly
elected Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, are Defendants, I,
ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of said Court, will, on Friday, the 13th day
of July, 1979, at 11:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the sale
may be held, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the
East front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
